Touch-Free Service 

Thank you for choosing Harper Jaguar for your vehicle's service needs. With the use of appointment Self Check-In, follow up and touchless return we can easily provide for your service needs in a convenient way with minimal physical interaction. 
While we enjoy engaging with our customers, we recognize that this convenience model is efficient for both our team and our customers, and allows our clients to continue to enjoy the comforts of their own home while their vehicle is with us. Please note, we are discouraging waiting at the dealership and will be happy to arrange within a 15 mile area, picking up your vehicle, servicing it at our shop, and delivering it back to you when the service is complete. We will sanitize your vehicle upon entering your vehicle and when returning back to you. 
In order to help our customers better understand this convenient process, and to know what to expect, we have outlined the touchfree service below: 

1. Schedule Service 
Customers may schedule a service appointment by using our form below, or by calling 865-934-2828. Our current Service  hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30AM - 6:00PM.
2. Self Check-In & Vehicle Drop-off 
• 24 hours before your appointment, you will receive an email and/or text message. • On the Jaguar side of the dealership the vehicle should be pulled under the service drive (during business hours) or parked in one of our customer parking spots near Service Department doors (after business hours). • Customers should place their key into available envelopes at the black drop box located to the right of our service garage door; the envelope also has an area for customers to write their contact information. If customers utilize dropbox during business hours for key drop-off, we ask that you please call and notify our service department, 866-806-8030, that your vehicle is here. 

3. Determine Vehicle Services 
• A Service Advisor will call the customer to discuss vehicle services needed and will provide an estimate for those services via text, email, or phone. 

4. Service Vehicle
 • Once customer gives the affirmation to proceed, the vehicle will be serviced in our bay by one of our Jaguar Certified Technicians • During the service process, customers will receive text, email or phone status updates. Any additional repairs or needed services discovered by the Jaguar Technician will be discussed with the customer by their Service Advisor. • As always, at completion of service, the customer vehicle will be wiped down and sanitized on interior and will receive a complimentary service wash. 

5. Invoicing 
• Once service operations are completed, an invoice can be generated and sent to customer via email and/or text message • The invoice may be paid by phone with payment information. 

6. Key Return 
• If you are interested in a Touch Free key exchange for vehicle pick-up and drop-off, please speak to your service advisor for more details when booking your appointment so we can help in the best possible way for you.
